WP

Wanchai Phromrak

Operations Manager, Bangkok

We commissioned an Inventory Review before deciding whether to automate our document processing. The report was straightforward — it covered two systems, noted where a connection would likely hold up, and flagged one area where it probably would not. That kind of candour is not what we usually get from consultants. We proceeded to a Recorded Build on one of the two options, and the handover document has already proved useful when we needed to adjust an API key three months later.

Nuttaya Srisuk

Owner, Phuket hospitality business

The Accounting Service has been running for six months now. Siriporn sends the monthly report without me having to chase, and the report is readable — not just a log I cannot interpret. The named engineer arrangement was something I was a bit sceptical about at first, but having one person who already knows the integration makes a real difference when something needs checking.

Krittapong Thammarit

Technical Director, Chiang Mai

I have a technical background so I was specifically looking at how clean the code was on handover. The integration was commented well, the architecture notes were clear, and there were no hidden dependencies. The five-week timeline held — they flagged a minor scope ambiguity in week two and we resolved it without drama. Exactly what you want.

The pricing in Thai Baht sounds like a small thing, but it matters when you are running a local business and budgeting in baht. The Inventory Review at ฿4,500 was a reasonable amount to spend to find out whether the integration we were considering was actually going to work for our setup. It turned out it needed some adjustment before a build made sense. That saved us from a more expensive mistake.

Malee Lertchaikul

Head of Finance, Bangkok

We use the Accounting Service for an integration that processes supplier invoices. The monthly reports are actually useful — they include performance data and flag anything that changed. My team does not have a developer on staff, so having someone to call who already knows our setup is reassuring. The only thing I would mention is that response time on a Saturday afternoon is slower, which is probably reasonable.

Supakorn Boonsiri

Product Manager, Bangkok startup

Small team, limited budget. The staged approach — start with a review, then decide about a build — meant we could test whether this was worth pursuing before committing ฿9,900. The review document was detailed enough that our own developer could have followed the suggested architecture without involving Ravi Labs at all. We chose to commission the build anyway, but it was genuinely our choice.

Connecting a booking system to an AI classification layer

Challenge

A Phuket resort was handling a high volume of booking-related queries manually. They wanted to route incoming messages automatically but were uncertain whether their booking platform's API would support the required connection.

Solution

Ravi Labs conducted an Inventory Review that identified a viable connection point in the booking platform's webhook system. The subsequent Recorded Build connected incoming messages to an AI classification service, routing them to the correct response template automatically.

Outcome

Manual message handling reduced significantly for the categorised message types. The integration has been running under the Accounting Service for eight months with two documented adjustments.

Timeline: 3 weeks review + build

"The review told us the connection was possible and roughly how it would work. That was worth the cost before we spent anything on a build."

— General Manager, Phuket resort

Document extraction for import documentation processing

Challenge

A Bangkok trading company was manually extracting line items from supplier invoices and entering them into their inventory system. The volume was manageable but the error rate was creating downstream problems.

Solution

A Recorded Build connected an AI document extraction service to the company's inventory platform. Supplier invoices are now processed automatically, with extracted fields written directly to the inventory system. Edge cases are flagged for human review rather than silently processed.

Outcome

Manual data entry for standard invoices reduced substantially. The flagging system surfaces the cases that need attention rather than introducing new errors. Monthly reports under the Accounting Service track extraction accuracy.

Timeline: 5 weeks build

"The handover document meant our finance team could understand what the integration was doing — not just that it was running."

— Head of Finance, Bangkok trading company

Inventory Review revealing a poor-fit integration

Challenge

A Phuket professional services firm wanted to integrate an AI writing assistant with their client management system. They expected this to be a straightforward connection.

Finding

The Inventory Review identified that the client management platform's API did not expose the fields that would make the connection useful. An integration was technically possible but would require significant data handling outside the platform — a much larger and riskier build than assumed.

Outcome

The firm decided not to proceed with a build at that point, based on the honest assessment in the review document. They are reconsidering when they upgrade their client management platform. The ฿4,500 review avoided a significantly larger investment in a build that would not have delivered what they needed.

Timeline: Review only

"They told us the integration we wanted would not work well given our current setup. That was not what we wanted to hear, but it was the right answer."

— Director, Phuket professional services firm
