Careful work, clearly recorded.

Ravi Labs was set up to bring the same standards a careful accountant applies to figures — to technical integration work. Everything we do has a written record.

// About Ravi Labs

Founded on the principle that technical work should leave a paper trail

Ravi Labs was established in Rawai, Phuket, by engineers who had spent years watching businesses adopt new tools without understanding what had been built or why. Integrations broke. Vendors changed. Businesses were left dependent on people they could no longer reach.

We set out to do the opposite. Our work is built around a simple idea: every decision, every configuration, every test should go into a written record your team can read, keep, and hand to someone else if needed.

We focus exclusively on AI integrations — connecting AI services to the tools businesses already use. We are not a general software agency. We do this specific type of work carefully and document it thoroughly.

Our clients are businesses in Thailand, primarily in Phuket and Bangkok, who want to understand what is happening inside their own systems. We price in Thai Baht, work in business hours that match your time zone, and assign a named engineer rather than rotating support staff.

Our Mission

To make AI integrations accessible to businesses in Thailand through honest assessment, clear documentation, and dependable technical workmanship.

Our Values

  • Written records: nothing is left undocumented
  • Honest scope: we say what fits and what does not
  • Low dependency: you should not need us to maintain what we built
  • Local pricing: Thai Baht, for businesses operating here

// Standards

How we work

Our standards are not aspirational. They describe what we do on every engagement, without exception.

Written engagement agreements

Scope, timeline, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed in writing before any work begins. No verbal commitments.

Tested before handover

Every build is tested against documented criteria. Test results are included in the handover record so you can see what was verified.

Data handling protocols

Client data is not retained beyond the engagement. API keys and credentials are documented in a format you control and can revoke.

Clean, commented code

Integration code follows readable conventions with inline comments. A competent developer you hire later should be able to follow it.

Change documentation

Any modification to a live integration, even minor, is recorded with a date, reason, and description of what changed.

Monthly reporting

Accounting Service clients receive a written report each month covering performance, changes, and forward notes. No chasing needed.

// Expertise

AI integration work in Thailand

Ravi Labs works with small and mid-size businesses in Thailand that want to connect AI capabilities — language processing, document handling, classification, data extraction — to the tools they already rely on. Our clients range from hospitality operations in Phuket to trading companies in Bangkok and service businesses throughout the country.

The integrations we build are narrow and purposeful. We do not build platforms. We connect one thing to another, record exactly how the connection works, and hand that record to you. If the connection breaks, you have the documentation to diagnose and fix it without us if you choose to.

We are familiar with the practical realities of operating a business in Thailand — server locations, language considerations, local compliance, and the preference for dealing with a consistent contact rather than a helpdesk. Our Accounting Service assigns one engineer to your account for exactly that reason.

For businesses considering AI for the first time, the Inventory Review is a low-commitment starting point. Two to three days of careful assessment produces a written record of what you have and what could connect to it, with honest notes on where value is and is not likely. Many of our longer engagements began with that document.
