How our work is structured
Each engagement starts from the same principle: understand what is there before proposing what to add. The Inventory Review exists because most integration projects that go wrong start with a build that was never properly scoped.
Once we know what fits, the Recorded Build delivers the connection — tested, documented, and handed over with all credentials and architecture notes. The Accounting Service then maintains and extends it, with a named engineer and monthly reporting.
You can engage at any stage. Some clients commission only the Inventory Review and handle the build themselves. Others proceed through all three tiers. There is no minimum commitment.

We assess before we build. The Inventory Review is a complete service in itself.

Every step is recorded. Decisions, configs, tests — all in writing.

Technical and professional standards on every engagement
Data handling
Client data is not retained after the engagement. Credentials are documented in a format you control. We follow Thai personal data protection requirements.
Performance criteria
Every build has agreed performance criteria documented before work starts. Results are tested against those criteria and included in the handover record.
Support access
Business hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 ICT. Accounting Service clients have a direct contact to their named engineer, not a general support queue.
Code standards
Integration code is commented and written to be read by another developer. No obfuscated or dependency-heavy patterns that would make future work difficult.
Engagement agreements
Scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Scope changes require written agreement from both sides before costs change.
Stable integrations only
We use established AI APIs with reliable uptime histories and maintained documentation. We do not build on experimental endpoints or services with high churn.
