Ravi Labs · Last updated: May 2026 · Effective: May 2026
1. Introduction
Ravi Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates as an AI integration services business registered in Phuket, Thailand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you interact with our website at {{DOMAIN}} or communicate with us in the course of our work together.
We treat personal data carefully. We collect only what we need, keep it for the time required, and do not sell it to third parties. If you have any questions about this policy, please write to privacy@{{DOMAIN}}.
This policy was last updated in May 2026 and governs all data handling from that date.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following personal information:
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number submitted via our contact form or in email correspondence.
- Business information — the name of your company or organisation, your role, and the systems you use, where voluntarily shared during an enquiry or engagement.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected automatically through server logs and analytics tools.
- Communication records — records of emails, messages, or notes exchanged during a client engagement.
We do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data (health information, political views, financial account details, and so on) and request that you do not submit such information through our website.
Legal bases for processing: We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a contact form), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining client records, and our contractual obligations when a formal engagement has been agreed.
Retention: Contact enquiries that do not proceed to an engagement are held for 12 months and then deleted. Client engagement records are retained for 5 years in line with Thai business record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
3. How We Use Your Data
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries about our services and assessing whether an Inventory Review or other engagement is suitable.
- Delivering contracted services — Inventory Reviews, Recorded Builds, and the Accounting Service — and communicating with you during the engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work, including documentation delivered as part of a Recorded Build or ongoing Accounting Service engagement.
- Improving our website through analytics data (page performance, visitor patterns).
- Complying with legal obligations under Thai law.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing communications. We do not share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third parties we work with: We may share limited technical data with analytics service providers (such as Google Analytics) under data processing agreements. We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Protection Measures
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure:
- Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Access to client records is limited to the engineers assigned to an engagement.
- Email correspondence containing sensitive project information is handled through accounts with two-factor authentication enabled.
- We do not store payment card details — payment processing, where applicable, is handled by third-party providers.
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562.
6. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 and applicable international frameworks, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure — you may ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason for us to continue holding it.
- Restriction — you may ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — you may request a copy of data you have provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@{{DOMAIN}}. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand's Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools (for example, a mapping service on our homepage). These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit from a link on our pages.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business clients and are not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information to us, we will delete it promptly.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website following a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes that affect how we process data you have already provided, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly, for example by email if we have your address on file.
